Service Agreement

By scheduling service with North Bay HVAC, you agree to these terms. We provide HVAC services in accordance with California contractor regulations.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards and checks.

Warranty

All repairs are backed by our workmanship warranty. New installations include manufacturer warranties plus our additional labor warranty.
